Please excuse my lack of posts re: track & field. The year is going well. I returned from quite an adventure in the West Indies and competed at an acceptable level. I have quite a lot of work left to do in order to achieve a spot on any team, but I have opted to stay home and train in preparation for our Olympic trails at the beginning of July. I look forward to re-capping the entire year at the conclusion of the season. However until then, I am to remain as focused as possible while I trudge onward on this solo quest to self contentment in sport!
