A much-needed break from practice was granted today! Yesterday we jumped again, and we made some revolutionary steps. The approach I had been using, more or less, for the last 10 years was thrown in the trash. Linda (coach) decided that it was not as effective as it should be, so we created something that is looking to prove it self as a front runner, no pun intended… actually it was a crappy pun anyway, I shouldn’t have brought any attention to it. On another note, I got my first grey hair… not exactly the discovery that an athlete, making a comeback likes to see, but the hair remains… steadfast and strong. I’ll keep you updated the growth of the approach and the hair as changes occur.
